David was born in University Park, but as soon as he could, he started traveling. Passionate about the ocean and surfing, David has traveled to 40 countries. During this time, he became passionate about teaching the gospel and people in developing countries.

Between trips, he served as a volunteer at Calvary Chapel Westside in Maui, Hawaii, where he grew up in the study of God's word. He was recently blessed with the task of being Alyssa Girvin's husband and Piper Girvin's father.

Julius Budzi comes from Bamenda, a small town in the northwestern part of Cameroon in Central Africa. After studying education at top universities in Cameroon and working as a high school teacher for about 10 years, Julius moved to Dallas with his family (wife and two children) in 2009 as permanent residents.

He graduated from Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland with a Bachelor of Music and from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas with a Master of Divinity. He received his doctorate of ministry from United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio.

He served as an associate pastor at a church for three years, founded and pastored Legacy Fellowship Church in East Fort Worth, and was instrumental in starting Journey Pointe Fellowship, a church plant in South Fort Worth.
He also spent several years in education, teaching in the Fort Worth School District. Marlow currently serves as the children's pastor at Concord Church in Dallas, Texas. In 2001, the Ministry of the Army was launched by acting
US Army Chaplain Colonel H. Philip Kissinger. His vision and that of WOTM was to develop these military ministries into local churches near military bases, run by the church. Using church facilities for a sort of official men's center and then other aspects such as base visits as permitted and Sunday school programs designed for the military.
